This is an English translation of the Korean privacy policy. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
Summary
- This website has no sign-up, no login and no input forms. We do not collect personal information directly.
- However, Google Analytics and ads collect visit information using cookies. Below we explain how to opt out.
- We accept inquiries by email only, and use your email only to reply.

1. Scope
This policy applies to the website janndk.com operated by Janndk (잰드케이), and to the mobile apps RandomGO, Blink Of The Brain, BeamSay, DeciStamp, ImTheRef, Farm Rumble.
Because the website and the apps collect different information, they are explained separately in Section 3 (website) and Section 4 (apps).
This site has many links to external blog posts. Pages you reach through those links (Tistory and others) follow their own policies; this policy does not apply to them.
2. Personal information we collect directly
The website does not ask you to enter any personal information. There is no sign-up, login, comment or contact form. The site only serves pre-built files and has no database that stores user information.
We accept inquiries only by email (janndk.help@gmail.com). The information in your email (your email address and message) is used only to reply, and is deleted once there is no longer a reason to keep it after the reply.
3. Information collected automatically on the website
The services below collect information from your browser. They are collected and kept byeach service provider; Janndk (잰드케이) only sees aggregated statistics.

How to opt out
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies)
- Turn off personalized ads — Google Ad Settings lets you turn off personalized advertising.
- Block Analytics — install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Blocking cookies does not stop you from reading this site.
4. Information collected in the mobile apps
The apps (RandomGO, Blink Of The Brain, BeamSay, DeciStamp, ImTheRef, Farm Rumble) are free apps that contain ads. The following information may be collected for app usage statistics and advertising:
- Advertising ID, device identifiers
- Device information such as model, operating system and language
- App launch and usage times, and error information when an error occurs
- Age: the age you enter when you first open Blink Of The Brain. It is stored on your device and sent to Google Firebase for usage statistics by age group.
- App usage records and settings: what you do in the app (such as starting a game and game results) and app settings (such as language and difficulty). These are sent to Google Firebase for usage statistics.
This information is used to improve the apps and to show ads, and is not used to identify you personally. You can reset your advertising ID in your device's Settings → Ads → Reset/Delete advertising ID.
Microphone (DeciStamp)
DeciStamp uses the microphone only while measuring, to measure the loudness (decibels) of ambient noise. Sound is processed in device memory in short moments, only its loudness is calculated and the sound is discarded immediately; it is never saved as a recording or sent off the device.
What is recorded is only the measurement numbers (decibel values, measurement time and notes you write). These records are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers. They are sent somewhere only when you tap share or export yourself, and only to the place you choose. You can turn off the microphone permission at any time in your device's Settings → Apps → DeciStamp → Permissions.
Only when you tap 'Share image' on a report, the app saves the report picture (PNG, dB numbers and graph only — no audio) to your device's Pictures/DeciStamp folder and opens the share sheet. It is never sent to our servers. The picture stays after uninstalling; delete it in your Photos app if you don't need it.
Like the other apps, DeciStamp sends the information in section 4 — app usage records, crash logs when the app closes unexpectedly, and device and app instance identifiers — to Google Firebase (Analytics · Crashlytics · Remote Config). Sound, measurement numbers and notes are not included.
ImTheRef
ImTheRef calls out the score using text-to-speech on your device. It does not use the microphone and does not record, and it does not use location, contacts or storage permissions. There are no accounts or logins.
Team names are stored only on your device and are never sent off it. Match results are sent somewhere only when you send them yourself through your device's share sheet, and only to the place you choose.
For usage statistics, the app sends app usage records (sport, match settings, match end, share, undo, sound and screen rotation), device information and the app instance ID to Google Firebase (Analytics). Team names are not included, and crash reporting (Crashlytics) is not used. For ads (Google AdMob), the advertising ID, approximate location (based on IP address), ad interactions and diagnostics are shared with Google and used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. In regions that require consent, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), ads are shown only after you agree on the consent screen (Google UMP).
⚠️ Older versions of our apps stored usage logs (device identifiers, IP addresses, etc.) on our own server. That server is being decommissioned, and the collected logs are being deleted with it. Current versions do not use this server.

Apart from the services above, we do not provide or sell personal information to third parties. The only exception is when law enforcement or other authorities request it through lawful procedures.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information. Contact us at janndk.help@gmail.com and we will handle it without delay.
However, since this website does not keep personal information itself, for information collected by Google or other external services, please use the opt-out methods in Section 3 or contact that service directly.
7. Children under 14
Our services are not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and learn that your child's information has been collected, contact us at janndk.help@gmail.com and we will delete it after checking.
8. Security measures
This website uses HTTPS for all connections. Because we do not run servers or databases that hold user information, we have reduced the risk of stored personal information leaking in the first place.
Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
